Outreach
A basic value of JIQ is to care for the less fortunate among us, and to actively support the greater community that surrounds us. The school has earned a reputation for its community caring projects and its involvement in the Jewish life of the local community.
This year we will be starting an new project called; MIission Spread the Light
Mission Spread the Light lends our students the opportunity to share with others the things they are learning here at JIQ. Projects include gift packages before Holidays to Jewish Students in public schools who do not get the opportunity to learn alll about Jewish life like they do. As well as musical presentation to cheer up the Elderly.
Students at JIQ understand that "When you know Alef, you should teach Alef" any Jewish knowledge they have, may be knowledge someone else would never learn, and it's our mission to spread the light.
